Are your watches hand assembled?
Yes. Every CRC Watch Mods timepiece is hand assembled in Arizona using carefully selected premium components. Each watch is individually inspected before it ships.
What movement do you use?
Most of our automatic watches use the trusted Seiko NH35 automatic movement. GMT models use the NH34 movement, while our chronographs use the Seiko VK63 meca-quartz movement.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches feature screw-down crowns and are assembled with water resistance in mind. While every watch is carefully tested during assembly, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure unless otherwise specified.
How long does it take to receive my watch?
In-stock watches typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom builds generally require 2–4 weeks depending on parts availability and build complexity.

How do automatic watches work?
Automatic watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. No battery is required.
If the watch stops after not being worn, simply wind the crown approximately 20 turns before wearing.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes.
We currently ship throughout the United States with secure packaging and tracking provided.
Can I return my watch?
Because every watch is hand assembled and many are custom built, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
